So after the NSC has been released, we now welcome this new event!
This event is a PS Battle. Not just an ordinary battle, but a TEAM BATTLE/TOURNAMENT!
Why Team Battle?
- To develop camarederie and exceptional bond between spinners
- In order to make more teams in the community
- To determine who is the best team in the community
Why join?
- Basically, bragging rights (Why? You don't want to be a king even for once? *cues King For A Day by Pierce The Veil ft. Kellin Quinn)
- Experience (nothing beats experience, right?)
So after all the shizznit and the introductions, we now proceed with the tournament background.
RULES
1. Teams should be composed of 3 members. (Why? Proceed to number X)
2. The tournament will run for 8 weeks (approx). Every week, there will be a theme to be followed by each team. (refer to this: Themes of Pen Spinning
3. In the span of 8 weeks, each team will be given 2 weeks to prepare for each battle. 2 weeks include the filming, editing, and submission.
4. 2 weeks = 1 round
5. Each round, 2 spinners are only allowed to participate in each team.
6. Leaving a member left, there should be a rotation in the participants. (For example, round 1 = spinner 1 and 2. Round 2 = spinner 3 and 2)
7. Every spinner can repeat in every round provided that in the whole tournament season, all spinners will be able to participate in at least 1 round. (budget your members WISELY)
8. Moderators and Admins can join.
9. Themes are not announced prior to the competition proper but is revealed after judges finish judging. (Eg. REVEAL THEME>Battle>Round 1 done>judging done>REVEAL THE NEXT THEME)
10. Criteria for judging will be revealed every time a theme is announced (via this thread and the announcement box).

- Contact person (must be a member of the team)
- Editor (can be outside the team/community)
- spinners to fill the team

As one of the organizers of the TOPS-collabs, I can't recall a theme called: Non pen?
Can someone explain why we have such a "fun" (it's not creative) theme in a competitive tournament? I was hoping for some 2p2h- spinless and creative action. This kinda disappoint me at the moment, and as a team we are doubting to be participating in the next round.
Also, the theme is very questionable. What can be considered a "pen" or a "mod"? Can I spin a pencil then? It only says "pen" so it would be fine. It's strange to have such a theme that is not skill based. I mean, that's like saying you only have to spin a MX and Kin defeat us all, while maybe someone with another mod would have defeat Kin. It shouldn't happen!! Don't you dare to tell a fish to clime a three. It's not working. I am hoping you are taking this serious and maybe change someone to give the tournament a new fire!

It's no longer the first round. (I think it says round 2 there? I'm not entirely sure. The rules might be altered to for the organisers' needs again so I'd rather not assume)
